The Clean Tent is a portable, temporary cleanroom environment designed to provide a contamination-controlled space, ensuring particle-free conditions wherever required.
Its lightweight, collapsible design allows for rapid assembly and disassembly, making it perfect for on-site cleanroom requirements or temporary installations.
An anti-static reinforced Tryoll ground sheet creates a tough durable base unit. The one-piece top tent comprises two compartments; an entry airlock/ gowning room and the main work chamber, which is contained within a high-quality PVC envelope.
A transport/storage case protects the tent and fan filter unit including the ULPA and pre-filter.
The ISO Class 5 environment ensures the controlled environment necessary for critical operations. ULPA (Ultra-Low Particulate Air) filters effectively remove particles down to 0.12 microns with an efficiency of 99.9995% minimising the risk of contamination during sensitive operations.
The Clean Tent utilises horizontal cross air flow, also using the positive pressure generated to keep the tent inflated. Air enters through the filter at workstation level and travels in a laminar flow across the workstation envelope.
At the fringes of the envelope, positively pressurised air diverges uniformly toward the zip in the skirt, preventing contamination returning to the envelope.

The canopy utilises flexible curtains and an overhead HEPA filtration system to provide a localised clean zone, making it suitable for tasks requiring ISO-classified conditions, such as electronics assembly and research facilities.
Operation
The Flexible Wall Clean Canopy operates by drawing ambient air through an integrated HEPA filtration system, which removes airborne particles down to 0.3 microns with 99.99% efficiency.
The filtered air is then directed downward, creating a laminar flow of clean air inside the soft-walled enclosure. This positive airflow prevents the intrusion of contaminants from outside the canopy, ensuring a controlled, clean environment within the specified area.
The flexible walls allow easy access to the workspace while maintaining environmental integrity.
